  Auto Attendant with IVR
 
An Auto Attendant that will answer the phone with a custom greeting of your choice per employee, transfer calls to extensions, screen calls and offer directory assistance to the proper extension.   Hunt Groups

Shared Call Appearance is the ability to assign the same extension to a maximum of three devices so that all will ring simultaneously during an incoming call.   Receptionist Module
 
The Receptionist Module is an easy to use web interface that gives the receptionist the perfect tool to monitor the status of all the companies’ users. The receptionist gets a small window that can be minimized on their desktop and expanded at anytime. It displays the status of the phone for each of the users no matter where the user is physically located which is ideal for remote users. It displays the user’s name, direct phone number or extension and the department they are in. It shows a green dot if the user is available and ready to receive calls or a red dot if the user is currently on a phone call or has the DO NOT DISTURB feature activated. If the receptionist needs to transfer a caller to any person, the receptionist simply clicks transfer, then on the person’s name.
