Los Angeles, California - June, 2008 - California Telecom aquires all of OC3 Networks T1 clients and begins operation as "California Telecom, Inc".

California Telecom has assumed telecommunication operations and has recruited industry veterans to form an exciting new dedicated telecommunication service business that caters to businesses focused in Southern California. Jim Gurol, President of California Telecom has been providing quality T1 and T3 services under OC3 Networks since 1999 and is now proud to provide the same quality level of service under his newly formed company, California Telecom.

"I formed this company because I believe there is a better way to provide telecommunication services to California Businesses.", says Jim Gurol, "Telecommunication companies seem to think that because thier clients are under contract, there is a general arrogance about how services are to be performed.
